Refund & Return Policy

We want every Jianyang Kiln order to arrive safely and as described. Please read this policy before placing an order.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Because each Jian Zhan bowl is individually selected and photographed, exchanges for an identical item may not be possible.

Damaged or broken items
Ceramic items are fragile. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, the inner packaging, and the outer shipping box. After review, we may offer a replacement when available, store credit, or a refund.

Handmade variations
Each bowl is individually selected and may show natural glaze variations, small handmade differences, or kiln-born marks. These are part of the character of Jian Zhan and are not considered defects unless the item is structurally damaged or significantly different from the product page.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards, final sale items, and used ceramic items cannot be returned.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item. Please pack returns carefully. We are not responsible for return packages that arrive broken due to insufficient packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
