Products
Our products are individually selected ceramic tea bowls. Due to handmade and kiln-fired characteristics, glaze patterns, color depth, small marks, size, and weight may vary. Product photos and videos are provided to show the specific item or the closest available representation.

Orders
We reserve the right to accept, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or product availability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Pricing and availability
Prices and availability may change without notice. Items marked as one-of-one or limited availability may not be restocked after they are sold.

Use of products
Our ceramic bowls are intended for tea ritual, collection, and display. Please handle ceramic items with care. Avoid sudden temperature shock, direct flame, dishwasher use, microwave use, acidic liquids, and long soaking unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Intellectual property
All website content, including text, photos, videos, product names, and brand materials, belongs to Jianyang Kiln or its content providers and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of liability
