Shipping Policy

Order processing
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Each Jian Zhan bowl is packed carefully before shipment. During new product drops or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times
United States: 8-18 business days
Canada: 10-20 business days
Australia: 8-18 business days
Other destinations: delivery times vary by country and carrier availability.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal delays, weather, holidays, or other carrier issues.

Shipping from
Orders may ship from our fulfillment partner in China or another warehouse depending on stock availability.

Tracking
A tracking number will be sent by email after your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 2-5 business days to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.

Ceramic packaging
Jian Zhan bowls are fragile ceramic items. We use protective packaging to reduce the risk of breakage in transit. Please inspect your package when it arrives. If the item is broken, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the bowl, inner packaging, and outer box.

Customs, duties, and taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost packages
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us at 447101692@qq.com and we will help check with the carrier.
